ACCOUNT MANAGER

Are you a natural problem solver, do you always have a backup plan?

  • 40 hrs/week
  • Starting wage $12-$15/hr. depending on experience

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Are you outgoing and self-motivated, can you make 10-20 sales calls per day and submit clear concise weekly sales reports?

  • Responsibilities are primarily new business development
  • Minimum-based Salary $26,000
  • Company shall issue a $400.00/month check to assist the Sales Representative in off-setting the expense of fuel and auto repairs;
  • Apex Solutions will pay for 65% of Sales Representatives’ health insurance for the length of his/her employment at Apex Solutions
  • After a certain period of time, each Sales Representative will be entitled to two (2) weeks (ten business days) vacation with pay for the duration of his/her employment;

The current commission structure shall be applicable to all sales representatives upon being hired by Apex Solutions:

25.1 – 35.0 % 12.0%
35.1 – 40.0% 15.0%
40.1 – 45.0% 17.5%
45.1 – 50.0% 20.0%
50.1 – 55.0% 22.0%
55.1 (+)% 25.0%

Monthly Bonus Plan

  • ≤ $15,000 gross profits will receive 0.00% in Monthly Bonus on profits
  • ≥ $15,000 but ≤ $18,000 gross profits will receive 2% in Monthly Bonus on profits
  • ≥ $18,000 but ≤ $21,000 gross profits will receive 3% in Monthly Bonus on profits
  • ≥$21,000 gross profits will receive 4% in Monthly Bonus on profits
